Using Computer Applications
This is another practical, introductory computer applications class that trains individuals to use a wide range of computer application programs and is likely to be an early course taken in many programs. Students practice using command keys and formatting material for ease of reading and learn to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create presentations, spreadsheets and text documents. Occasionally, this course touches on touch typing, requiring students to get typing speed up to a certain number of words per minute, usually around 45.

Intermediate Computer Applications
This course gives students experience designing and publishing Web pages. They add animation and sound to computer graphics, practice the basics of Web design and find ways to develop the basics to create more advanced designs. Desktop publishing techniques are often included, and students practice using software programs to edit Web pages and prepare them for publication.

Web Page Design
In this advanced course, students build on the basic principles of Web design acquired through intermediate classes. They learn and incorporate computer programming languages in HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to design, publish and maintain a Web site. The students taking this class learn how to incorporate links to and from other Web pages and also add videos and images, editing them to fit the screen. क्या आप इंटरव्यू देने जा रहे हैं?

इंटरव्यू के लिए अक्सर यंगस्टर्स कपड़ों से लेकर बायोटाडा तक की तैयारी का ध्यान रखते हैं। और अगर इंटरव्यू पहली बार हो तो तैयारी बहुत मायने रखती है। कुछ ऐसे टिप्स हैं जिन पर अगर आपने अमल किया तो आपका इंटरव्यू काफी शानदार हो सकता है।

कंपनी के बारे में रिसर्च:-
जिस कंपनी में आप नौकरी के लिए इंटरव्यू देने जा रहे हैं उसके बारे में जितनी भी जानकारी जुटा सकें जुटा लें कंपनी के उत्पाद या सेवा के बारे में, कंपनी की ग्रोथ के बारे में। कंपनी की वेबसाइट से जरूरी जानकारी लें।

जवाबों की तैयारी:-
इंटरव्यू के दौरान कुछ सवाल ऐसे होते हैं जिनके पूछे जाने की पॉसिबिलिटी काफी ज्यादा रहती है, जैसे आपने पहले कहां नौकरी की थी या आपके पास कितना व कैसा एक्सपीरिएंस है या अपने बारे में कुछ बताएँ आदि। इन प्रश्नों के अलावा कुछ टेक्निकल सवाल भी हो सकते हैं जिनका संबंध आपकी पढ़ाई से हो सकता है। इन सवालों के जवाब पहले से तैयार कर लें और हो सके तो एक बार इसकी तैयारी भी कर लें। याद रखें इंटरव्यू में बिना तैयारी के बिलकुल न जाएं।

चेक लिस्ट बनाएं:-
इंटरव्यू के दौरान लगने वाले कागजात, सर्टिफिकेट आदि की चेक लिस्ट बनाकर रखें। कई बार इंटरव्यू में प्रेजेंटेशन भी देना पड़ता है। ऐसे में इस प्रेजेंटेशन के लिए पहले से इसे सीडी व पेन ड्राइव में जरूर रख लें।

समय से पहले ही पहुंचें:-
इंटरव्यू के वेन्यू पर बिफोर टाइम पहुंचें। हो सके तो आधा घंटा वहां बिताएं ताकि आप उस माहौल में अपने आपको सही तरीके से ढाल सकें और इंटरव्यू के दौरान आप नर्वस न हो।

पॉजिटिव रहें:-
मन में ऐसा कोई डाउट बिलकुल भी न रखें कि आप इंटरव्यू अच्छा नहीं दे पाएंगे। पॉजिटिव एप्रोच बनाए रखें।

कपड़ों का सिलेक्शन:-
ज्यादातर इंटरव्यू के दौरान फॉर्मल कपड़े ही पसंद किए जाते हैं। इस बात का ध्यान जरूर रखें कि आपका पहनावा सबकुछ नहीं, पर बहुत कुछ है इस कारण आपकी पर्सनलिटी को सूट करे, ऐसे ही फॉर्मल कपड़े सिलेक्ट करें।

खुशमिजाजी:-
आपका खुशमिजाज होना इंटरव्यू के दौरान के माहौल को काफी खुशनुमा बना देगा। इसके अलावा आपकी मधुर मुस्कान, हाथ मिलाने का तरीका, आँखें भी आपकी पर्सनालिटी का हिस्सा है और अगर इसका इस्तेमाल आपने सही तरीके से कर दिया तब आपका इंप्रेशन काफी अच्छा पड़ सकता है।

बीच में न टोकें:-
अक्सर यह देखने में आता है कि इंटरव्यू पेनल के मेम्बर्स एक से ज्यादा होते हैं। मेम्बर्स एक के बाद एक प्रश्न पूछते हैं। इस बात का ध्यान जरूर रखें कि आप सभी सदस्यों से मुखातिब होते हुए सवालों का जवाब दें और कभी भी इंटरव्यू लेने वाले को बीच में न टोकें।

शिकायत न करें:-
इंटरव्यू में इस बात का ध्यान जरूर रखें कि अगर आप कोई नौकरी छोड़कर आए हैं, तो उस ऑर्गनाइजेशन की बुराई बिलकुल भी न करें।

इंटरव्यू समाप्त होने के बाद इंटरव्यू बोर्ड को धन्यवाद कहना न भूलें।
