As part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, an awareness session on de-addiction, self-discipline and meditation was conducted during the morning assembly for junior and senior students. Students explored the harmful effects of substance abuse, excessive social media use and peer pressure, while learning the importance of healthy habits and a balanced routine.
A brief meditation session introduced students to Sehaj Rajyoga Meditation and its benefits for concentration, inner peace and emotional well-being. The session concluded with students and teachers taking the Nasha Mukti Pratigya and pledging to lead healthy, disciplined and purposeful lives.
