I'm grateful to my college for the opportunity to intern at Tata Motors' Finance Department. The experience was enriching, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. I gained hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The college's industry connections and reputation played a significant role in securing this opportunity. I'm thankful for the guidance and feedback from mentors and supervisors. The experience has enhanced my technical skills and taught me the importance of teamwork and problem-solving. *Hear Our Interns*

During our internship at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) as an HR intern, we gained valuable exposure to various aspects of human resource management within a leading public sector enterprise. We were actively involved in tasks such as employee engagement activities. This experience allowed us to understand the practical application of HR policies and labor laws in a large organization. We also had the opportunity to observe the implementation of welfare measures and training programs for employees, which highlighted the importance of strategic HR planning in enhancing workforce productivity. Overall, the internship helped us develop a deeper understanding of HR functions and improved my communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
