LPSC Gomtinagar are delighted to share the outstanding achievement of our students in the Semi-Classical Duet Singing Competition held at Gurukul Academy. The competition witnessed participation from 15 schools, making the achievement a significant accomplishment.

The duet team comprising:

• Tanmay Srivastava - Class X H
delivered an impressive and melodious performance, demonstrating excellent vocal coordination, musical expression, confidence, and understanding of the semi-classical genre.
Their performance was supported by:
• Harmonium: Tejas Mishra - Class IX F
• Tabla: Ojas Mishra - Class IX F
The instrumental accompaniment added depth, rhythm, and musical richness to the overall presentation.

Lucknow Public College proudly joined the “10 Crore Nasha Mukti Pratigya Maha Abhiyan 2026’, organising an impactful Awareness & Pledge Programme on 20 August 2026, in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris Medical Wing, in alignment with an initiative associated with the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.

With the inspiring participation of students and members of the school community, the programme reinforced a powerful collective message: say NO to drugs, choose HEALTH, PURPOSE and A RESPONSIBLE FUTURE.

The awareness session and pledge encouraged our young citizens to recognise the devastating impact of substance abuse and become active ambassadors of a Drug-Free, Healthy and Empowered Bharat.

The event also highlighted that not only drug addiction but any form of addiction—especially mobile addiction—can negatively affect mental health, focus, and overall well-being, and must be consciously avoided.

The programme further emphasised the importance of meditation as a powerful tool to build inner strength, self-control, clarity of mind, and emotional balance, helping youth lead a disciplined and positive life.

The Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Green Day with great joy and enthusiasm. The little learners came dressed in beautiful green outfits, making the campus look vibrant and lively. The celebration helped children understand the importance of the colour green and its connection with nature.
Children participated in fun activities such as leaf printing, colouring, green object identification, and rhymes. They also learned about trees, plants, fruits, vegetables, and the importance of keeping our environment clean and green.
The celebration was a wonderful learning experience that encouraged children to love and care for nature while making learning enjoyable and memorable.

Independence Day Celebration 🇮🇳
Our school celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit.
Students participated in various activities such as patriotic songs, dances, speeches, poems and skits. The little ones looked adorable in their tricolour outfits and participated enthusiastically in the celebrations.
The event reminded everyone of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and the importance of unity, freedom and love for our country. The celebration ended with a strong message of “Proud to be an Indian!”
