International Yoga Day reminds us that our mental and physical health is more important than anything else—and it’s essential to take some time out of the day to nourish ourselves with yoga, which is a beautiful and healthy way to live life—longer and happier.

बुद्ध पूर्णिमा (वैसाख पूर्णिमा), इस पावन दिन पर सिद्धार्थ(गौतम बुद्ध) का अवतरण हुआ।
बुद्ध पूर्णिमा पर हम भगवान बुद्ध के सिद्धांतों का स्मरण करते हैं। भगवान बुद्ध के विचार हमारे ग्रह को अधिक शांतिपूर्ण, सामंजस्यपूर्ण और टिकाऊ बना सकते हैं।
गौतम बुद्ध के आष्टांगिक मार्ग द्वारा दुख को समाप्त करने और अंततः ज्ञान प्राप्त करने का तरीका सुझाते है।
