Fasting is for Allah — and He Himself will reward it

The Prophet ﷺ narrated that Allah says:
“Every deed of the son of Adam is for him except fasting. It is for Me, and I will reward it.”
(Sahih Bukhari 1904)
Fasting is not just about staying hungry and thirsty.
It is an act of sincerity, patience and devotion done purely for Allah.
May Allah accept our fasts and عبادات in Ramadan.
