Trees are good for the soul. They are essential to the air we breathe and they provide a majestic example of strength and perseverance in the face of adversity. Trees are an important part of every community. Our streets, parks, playgrounds and backyards are lined with trees that create a peaceful, aesthetically pleasing environment.

✓Trees increase our quality of life by bringing natural elements and wildlife habitats into urban settings.
✓Trees contribute to our environment by providing oxygen, improving air quality, climate amelioration, conserving water, preserving soil, and supporting wildlife.
In reference to the aforesaid purpose, the United Nations adopted the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015, a major blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.
*The Environmental Law Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University, Lucknow* for addressing the Sustainable Development Goal Number 13 & 15 is going to organize an outreach *Plantation Drive* on the theme “ _Plant Trees, Save the Earth”_

*Date/Time-* 25th June, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. onwards.

*Venue-* Primary Health Centre, Gudamba, Kursi road, Lucknow.

The Main aim of this outreach Plantation Drive is to promote sustainable development goals, contribute towards the betterment of our environment and direct the student’s mind in constructive activities which have positive outcomes towards the society.
We warmly invite you to be a part of this plantation drive for making it completely successful.

The World Environmental Day is celebrated annually on June 5. It is a global event observed by nearly 150 countries around the world and aims to call on governments, businesses and communities and individuals to take action to protect the environment. * We cannot imagine prosperity without an environment. We cannot imagine life without the environment. It always comes first and we must make it our priority. A Very Happy World Environment

The Environmental Law Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University, Lucknow organised a Plantation Drive with the theme “GO GREEN BEFORE GREEN GOES”, with the aim to raise our voice for Saving the Environment, and Plant more trees.

We invited dignitaries [Dr. Wahajul Haq(Dean R&D Chemistry) and Mrs. Snober S. Mir(Associate Professor BE)]
from different departments to participate in the plantation drive with Dr. Naseem Ahmad (hod, faculty of law), Dr. Abhishek Singh(faculty of law), and Dr. Mirza Junaid Beg(society convenor, faculty of law).

The event was successfully organised by the society under the guidance of Mr. Mirza Junaid Beg(society convenor, faculty of law).

The Environmental Law Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University Lucknow organised an event of Tree Plantation and a Signature Campaign, “GO GREEN BEFORE GREEN GOES”, with the aim to raise our voice to Save, Protect, Heal and Conserve our Environment and it's resources with the opportunity to cherish our nature.

Also, on the same day the Legal Aid Society, Faculty of Law, Integral University Lucknow performed a Nukkad Natak(skit) in front of the central auditorium of the main campus.

We thank you all for the support and joining our event on 30th October 2021.

On 27th October 2021, all the societies of faculty of law, Integral University Lucknow launched their websites under the guidance of faculty members. The inauguration was done by the Dean(Hod) Sir in the presence of faculty members, staff, students, coordinators and members of the different societies.
