A Spooktacular Night Awaits! - HALLOWEEN 🎃 👻 CELEBRATION IN PRE PRIMARY WING
"When black cats prowl and pumpkins gleam, may luck be yours on Halloween."
Halloween, celebrated on October 31, is a holiday filled with spooky fun, costumes, and festive traditions. Originating from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, it marked the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter—a time when people believed spirits could cross into the world of the living. Over time, Halloween merged with Christian traditions and evolved into a night of playful frights and community celebrations. Today, people of all ages enjoy trick-or-treating, carving pumpkins into jack-o'-lanterns, dressing up in creative costumes, and hosting themed parties, celebrating a blend of mystery, magic, and autumn festivity.
In the same way our students have also celebrated halloween party in school with there teachers and friends. The day was full of horror and fun..

Sharad Navratri, also known as Maha Navratri, is one of the most significant Hindu festivals, celebrated in honor of Goddess Durga. It typically occurs in the lunar month of Ashwin (September-October) and lasts for nine days. "Sharad" refers to the autumn season, which is why this Navratri is called Sharad Navratri.
Each of the nine days of Navratri is dedicated to different forms of Goddess Durga, also known as the "Navdurga." Devotees observe fasting, perform rituals, offer prayers, and engage in traditional dances like Garba and Dandiya, especially in parts of India like Gujarat. The festival culminates on the 10th day, known as Vijayadashami or Dussehra, which celebrates the victory of good over evil, symbolized by Lord Rama's triumph over Ravana in the Ramayana.
During this period, people focus on spiritual practices, devotion, and the celebration of feminine power (Shakti).
