✔️Real-time shadow analysis is possible in sketchup, this is the reason it is being extensively used in solar industry.

✔️Sketchup helps in shadow analysis of roof over the entire year. Shadow analysis can be done for any date & for any time throughout the year.

✔️Generally Shadow analysis is done on 21st June being the longest day (smallest shadow) & 21st December being the shortest day (largest shadow). Generally shadow analysis is performed during 9 am-3 pm.

✔️It helps to decide the preferred location for solar panels on the roof.
