Our students undergoing neonatal clinical training :
this training is critical for nursing students in India because it teaches them how to save newborn lives. In labor rooms and Special Newborn Care Units (SNCUs), students practice real-world skills like resuscitating babies, preventing infections, and keeping infants warm. This hands-on experience is vital and through this training, students learn national health practices like Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) and the Navjat Shishu Suraksha Karyakaram (NSSK) program. Ultimately, these clinical postings give future nurses the confidence and quick decision-making skills needed to safeguard the lives of babies and giving them an uncomplicated and healthy start to their lives.
