*Final Report on Two-Day 2nd International Conference*

Theme: *Mental Health Awareness: From Stigma to Social Media Addiction*

The College of Nursing, Baba Educational Society, Lucknow successfully organized a Two-Day 2nd International Conference on the theme “ *Mental Health Awareness: From Stigma to Social Media Addiction” on 7th and 8th February 2026* . The conference was organized under the visionary guidance of *Mr. R. K. Vajpayee Sir, Director* , Baba Educational Society, and the able leadership of *Prof. (Dr) Archana Chouhan, Principal, College of Nursing and Organizing Chairperson of the Conference.* The event aimed to create awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, and address the growing concern of social media addiction.

The conference commenced with a warm welcome of the dignitaries, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting. The *Chief Guest, Dr. Devashish Shukla Sir, Exam Controller , Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University Lucknow* delivered the inaugural address and motivated the participants by emphasizing the importance of mental health awareness and responsible use of digital media. His inspiring speech set a meaningful tone for the entire conference.

The conference was graced by the presence of the *Guest of Honour, Dr. Sarthak Dave (Psychiatrist, Ahmedabad, Gujarat) and Mr. Vikas Choudhary ( India's Top Realtionship Coach Emotional Intelligence Expert Indore, M.P).* The inaugural session also included theme unfolding and addresses by dignitaries, highlighting the relevance of mental well-being in today’s digital era.
