Order 7 Rule 2(A) of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) sets out the requirements for calculating interest in a civil suit. The rule states that the plaint must contain a statement of the rate of interest, the date from which interest is to be calculated, and the date to which it is to be calculated

How to Calculate Interest:

To calculate the interest amount in a civil suit, you can use the following formula:
Interest amount = Principal amount * Rate of interest * Time period

For example, if the principal amount is ₹100,000, the rate of interest is 10%, and the time period is 5 years, then the interest amount will be ₹50,000.

The calculation of interest in a civil suit is a complex process. However, by following the requirements of Order 7 Rule 2(A) of the CPC and the latest judgement's, you can ensure that the interest amount that you are awarded is accurate.

At the place of 08:00 o'clock, Ashtanga Yoga is written which indicates that there are eight types of yoga - 1) Yama, 2) Niyama, 3) Asana, 4) Pranayama, 5) Pratyahara, 6) Dharana 7) Dhyana 8) Samadhi.

At the place of 09:00 o'clock, Ank is written which indicates that there are 9 types of numbers- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

At the place of 10:00 o'clock, Dhishayein is written which indicates that their are 10 Directions

At the place of 11:00 o'clock, Upanishad is written which indicates that there are 11 types of Upanishads.
