December 24, 2016 saw a successful beginning and a pleasant ending of 4th Alumni meet of SJNPG NCC cadets.

Greetings of the day.

With immense pleasure, we would like to inform and invite you to the 4th Alumni Meet which will be held on December 24, 2016 (Saturday) at Shri Jai Narain Post Graduate College (KKC).

It would be a great opportunity for all of us when we would get chance to interact with our seniors, batch-mates and juniors and relish & refresh our past memories.

To apprise you in brief, the event shall begin with registration at 2:00 PM followed by an interaction session, a cherishing meet from 2:30 PM onward.

We look forward to your presence in this once a year celebration.

Yes, its only JNAA Alumni meet which makes such things happen again and again.

A grand night came to end. The "3RD ALUMNI MEET" which had been organized on November 14, 2015 witnessed a successful beginning and a superfluous end.

The Chief Guest of the event were Brigadier V. P. Sahi (Group Commander, NCC Group, Lucknow) and Colonel. S. K. Sapam (Commanding Officer, 67 UP Bn NCC) and the guest of the evening were Dr. Sudheer Hajela, Dr. Arun Mishra, Dr. Alok Mishra, Dr . S. k. Singh. The event was started with Lamp Lightning and then the President of JNAA Alumni Association, Akhilesh Singh Chauhan welcomed the guest and audience. Captain. Dr. Kaushal Kishore Shukla in his welcome address, welcomed the Chief Guests, Patron of the alumni association, guests, and all the alumnus. He also gave his blessings to all the alumnus who are working great in their respective fields. Brigadier V. P. Sahi in his speech congratulated JNPG NCC on this occasion and also called this Alumni meet step as a remarkable step in the history of Lucknow NCC as Jai Narain Alumni association is the only registered alumni association in the entire Lucknow and its success rate is better than any other alumni associations (whether registered or not). Colonel S. K. Sapam in his speech said that he had been very happy to see the passion, zeal and zest among the cadets of SJNPG NCC unit and would request to Lucknow NCC Group to give more vacancies to college NCC unit. The evening had been honored more when this Alumni meet had got opportunity to welcome Major Jaswantri Diwedi, Captain Anutosh Singh, Shailendra Pratap Singh, Kuldeep Verma, Manish Awasthi, Pawan Tiwari, Prafulla Tripathi, Raghvendra Singh, Rajeev Yadav, Mukul Agarwal, Sunil Verma, Sanjeev Singh, Dhruv Awasthi, Aashish Pandey, Saurabh Shukla, Devanshu Pratap Singh, Rajat Banodha, Adarsh Shukla, Anuj Pandey Gaurav Verma and many other alumnus.

The event ended with the vote of thanks been given by Patron of JNAA Alumni Association, Dr. S. C. Hajela.

Today at 9:30 AM badge distribution ceremony had been conducted where following cadets have been awarded with the badges.

7. VIJAY MISHRA, Coordinator, Alumni Committee

ANO of the institution Captain Dr. K. K. Shukla, addressed the enthusiastic gathering and awarded the nominees with the badges. This occasion had shore delight when our former SUO Dhruv Awasthi also joined the ceremony and addressed the cadets.

Gracing the occasion, Dr. Kaushal Kishore Shukla said that he was quite delighted to see young talented cadets coming out and showing zeal to hold various positions. He also taught cadets the "mantra of achieving greatness" i.e. no matter how much you get refused, if you want something, keep fighting for it. He gave example of Major Amarjeet Singh and Captain Anushtosh Singh that how hard working these cadets were and asked students to move on their path.

Dhruv Awasthi in his address extended a warm welcome to all the cadets and congratulated cadets on becoming head and coordinators of Alumni Committee.

On the same day a new initiative "Cadet of the Month" had been brought in light where every month cadets who would perform extremely well shall be awarded with the title of "Cadet of the Month". Cadets shall be judged on the following criteria i.e. Attendance, Discipline, Turnout, Extravagance, Creativity.
