Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following temporary/project-based positions under DHAROHAR β Centre of Excellence for Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The appointments are purely contractual and co-terminus with the project. Our 5th Year RAR 904 β Landscape Design students (Section A) visited the nursery today to deepen their understanding of the Planting Design module. The visit helped them observe plant species, growth habits, and microclimatic needs, linking classroom concepts with real-world application.
Hands-on exposure like this strengthens their ability to make informed, site-responsive landscape decisions.

The girls Table Tennis team of Faculty of Architecture and Planning, AKTU participated and won the Gold Medal at the Abdul Kalam State level Sports Meet 2025 organised by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University at Galgotias College of Engineering and Management, Greater Noida from November 6-7, 2025.
The team comprised of Kratika Singh (B. Arch 2nd year), Shristy Rajpoot (B. Arch 5th year), Sapna (B. Arch 5th year) and Mansvani Sharma (B. Arch 2nd year) accompanied by Ar. Tabish Ahmed Abdullah (Sr. Assistant Professor) and Ar. Divyanshi Srivastava (Assistant Professor) as Faculty Coordinators.
Previously, the same team had also won the Gold Medal at Abdul Kalam Zonal Sports (Lucknow Zone) 2025 at Babu Sundar Singh Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow from October 16-17, 2025

Art of Living comes to FoAP!
NSS FoAP collaborated with Art of Living for an interactive session with IIT Mumbai alumni Khurshid Batliwala and Dinesh Ghodke- senior AoL teachers, Author and Tedx Speaker. The event was participated by large gathering of students and teachers along with participants from India and Russia.
Student volunteers have been actively involved in the event planning and ex*****on.

Career Counselling Mela at GGIC Malihabad!
As part of its NSS outreach- FoAP visited GGIC Malihabad on 8 November 2025 for an inspiring Career Counselling Mela.
Students expressed their career aspirations, created colorful career path charts, and explored the Pankh Portalβa government platform that helps students identify opportunities after 10+2.
Dr. Sharma and Er. Saxena interacted with the students, sharing valuable guidance on choosing suitable professional and vocational courses.
The event was wonderfully organized by Ms. Soni Singh, the schoolβs teacher-counsellor, and proved to be a motivating and insightful experience for all participants.
