*Thumb and Hand Printing Activity* was conducted for Class-1 students.
Under the supervision of their respective teachers, the students dipped their hands in various colourful paint and imprinted their palms .
This activity is a wonderful sensory experience for children.
It strengthens their hand and finger muscles.

The Colour Pink is the colour of universal love of oneself and of others. Pink is yet a soothing colour that shows care and affection. The light-hearted Colour-Pink represents friendship, harmony, inner peace and approachability with depth and stability. Pink is often associated with innocence of childhood and unabashed play.

In order to acquaint the little buds with the concept of pink colour, Pink Day was organized for the students of Class Playgroup and Nursery today i.e. 14th March 2024. Dressed in different shades of pink, the young ones looked charismatic radiating love, beauty and kindness. The classrooms were beautifully decorated with an array of pink colour objects like balloons, ribbons, soft toys etc. providing the students opportunities to have a clear sense of the colour and its importance. The tiny tots were given a thorough understanding about pink colour through fun filled activities. They got engaged in worksheet colouring wherein they coloured ball . The little ones enjoyed the activity and simultaneously understood the aesthetic sense of pink colour very well. Thus, the purpose of pink colour day celebration was successfully fulfilled.

We hosted an exhilarating school fete and science exhibition that showcased the brilliance of our students. The event featured an impressive array of working science models, each meticulously crafted by the students. Parents enthusiastically engaged with the exhibits, marveling at the creativity and innovation displayed. The vibrant atmosphere fostered a sense of community and academic achievement. The school's commitment to nurturing both artistic and scientific talents was evident, leaving a lasting impression on participants and attendees alike.

Unveiling the Spirit of Freedom and Fostering Patriotism and Unity:- Independence Day celebration at Aviz Convent School resonated with our nation's spirit of freedom and unity.
With deep solemnity, the day began with the unfurling of the tricolor, a symbolic gesture of our shared heritage. The speeches delivered passionately igniting a renewed sense of patriotism among all. Through the medium of role plays, the young minds paid a heartfelt tribute to the visionary national leaders who shaped our destiny. The celebration embraced the richness of our culture with invigorating performances that carried important social messages, and harmonious group singing and dancing that showcased the diversity that unites us. The winner's of different competition were awarded.
The event concluded with the Manging Director and Principal's speech, who emphasised the significance of unity and harmony in these changing times. They urged everyone to remember the sacrifices of our forefathers and the responsibility we bear as inheritors of this great nation.

An activity day was organised for the pupils of the Pre-primary section.
The students did SUPW work on the theme of Indian Independence Day.
On the 14th of August, pupils came dressed as one from their favourite Freedom Fighters. We were taken over by their cuteness.
The parents deserve applause for taking keen interest in the activity and making it a success.

*Yellow Fashion Show* with Colouring activity was celebrated on 14/7/2023 in *_Class -PG at Aviz Convent School._*
*Concept of activity* -shades of yellow stimulated our little ones with happiness , energy and optimism.....positivity has a colour -It's yellow. The motive of celebrating this yellow day was to make the children aware of the yellow colour, its significance and to develop fine motor skills in the students. The day dedicated to the yellow colour was marked with children dressed in different hues and tints of yellow. Children were not only beautifully dressed in their favourite yellow dresses but also brought yellow fruits to make it a complete Yellow day. Attractive yellow-coloured toys, Fruits, animals and flowers made the learning environment sporty and active.
