Dear Job Seekers,

Let me give you an advice, I know job hunting is a tiring process and a phase of our life when we start hunting for our dream job.

Before Applying:
0. Create a profile (CV/Resume/Bio-data), whatever you call it. This profile should communicate, what you have done? How you have done? What was the impact? Don't do boasting in your profile. always remember, the more you write, the more you need to defend.
1. Read the job posting properly
2. Make sure that you are at least a good fit for the opportunity
3. You should have all must-have skillset, it's great if you have good to have skills
4. Use a formal channel specified in the job posting
5. Over LinkedIn, first connect, make a conversation and then ask for a referral or an opportunity. Instead of directly asking for a referral in the connection request.

You are a fresher and this is not a crime. Everyone starts from the ground. What your prospective recruiter or hiring manager wants, a professional attitude towards work. Which typically start reflecting in your first communication.

The variance is a measure of variability in the data. The computation of variance is performed by computation of the average of squared deviations from the mean. Variance explains the degree of spread in given data. The more variance in the data translates into a large average distance from the mean.
