आखिर और कितनी औकात दिखाएगा UPSC अपनी?”

अब सवाल ये नहीं रहा कि UPSC “एग्जाम” ले रहा है…सवाल ये है कि आखिर UPSC साबित क्या करना चाहता है?

जिस तरीके का paper pattern बनाया जा रहा है,जिस level के twisted statements डाले जा रहे हैं,जिस तरह X, Y, Z वाले descriptive paragraphs में दिमाग की नसें निचोड़ने वाले questions पूछे जा रहे हैं —क्या ये सच में “administrative aptitude” check करने का तरीका है?या फिर aspirants को mentally exhaust करने की एक sophisticated strategy?

एक question solve करो तो लगता है comprehension दे दिया।दूसरा देखो तो लगता है philosophy चल रही है।तीसरा पढ़ो तो समझ ही नहीं आता examiner सवाल पूछ रहा है या IQ torture कर रहा है।

UPSC अब knowledge कम, confusion ज्यादा test कर रहा है।Concepts कम, traps ज्यादा।Clarity कम, ambiguity ज्यादा।

बार-बार fire incidents हो रहे हैं, फिर भी prevention weak क्यों है?

Questions that matter:
• Itni mock drills ke baad bhi ground reality improve क्यों नहीं हुई?
• Admin proactive क्यों नहीं है, हर बार reaction ही क्यों?
• Fire safety checks timely और strict क्यों नहीं होते?
• Same pattern के हादसों से सीख कब ली जाएगी?

End में हर बार lives ही क्यों lose होती हैं… system कब truly responsible बनेगा?
