Day 11 marked the beginning of an exciting academic journey as our PGDM Batch 2026–2028 stepped into the world of learning, leadership, and limitless opportunities.

From understanding the two-year roadmap and exploring our IIM Ranchi Alliance to gaining insights into the Global Citizenship League (GCL), campus regulations, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem through IIC & E-Cell, every session was designed to inspire confidence and prepare our students for the journey ahead.

Day 10 of Deeksharambh 2026 was a beautiful blend of ambition and compassion.

The day began with inspiring insights into entrepreneurship, encouraging students to transform hard work into opportunities and dreams into success. It was a reminder that every great achievement starts with perseverance and purpose.

The journey then took a heartfelt turn with a visit to an old age home, where students spent meaningful moments with the elderly. Conversations, smiles, laughter, and shared stories created memories that will be cherished for a lifetime, reminding us that true leadership is built not only on success but also on empathy and kindness.
