How it all started?

My journey with physics started when I was in 11th standard. After completing my B.Tech in Electronics from VIT Vellore, I decided to start teaching physics. I was extremely impressed with Dr.HC Verma and his teaching techniques. I had seen some of his videos and wanted to learn more from him. Eventually I got the opportunity to work for him as an intern. Our collaboration is getting published as a physics book named ‘ Physics with Stories’. Dr.Verma is very passionate about changing the style of teaching science in our schools and colleges. He uses simple demonstrations to explain difficult concepts.

To reach all the students of India, he tries to influence the science teachers of various Kendriya Vidyalaya schools and government schools across India. He is creating new generation of young teachers that can pass on the baton. I am very fortunate to be one of his team members.

We, at Experimental Physics try to emphasis on learning the physics concepts in the most interesting way by using simple demonstrations and visuals. Some concepts of physics are difficult to imagine; Visual aids, such as, simple demonstrations, videos, hands on experiment make it’s easier for students to grasp the concept and apply it with ease.
