Department of Geophysics and SEG Kurukshetra University Geophysical Society are celebrating Teacher's day in the memory of late Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan for the appreciation of teachers, and to honor them for their special contributions, support and guidance in our field area.

Anuual SEG Meet 2019 was held in the Department of Geophysics, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
It is the premier venue for individuals to meet and discuss new geophysical technologies and their uses.

Rakshabandhan is a popular, traditionally Hindu annual rite or ceremony, celebrated in India, some other parts of South Asia, and among people around the world influenced by Hindu culture.
On this day, sisters of all ages tie a talisman, or amulet, called the rakhi, around the wrists of their brothers, symbolically protecting them, receiving a gift in return, and traditionally investing the brothers with a share of the responsibility of their potential care.
