📣 SKIET & SKP JOB FAIR CUM PLACEMENT DRIVE 2025 📣

We are delighted to share that SKIET & SKP Kurukshetra successfully conducted a Job Fair Cum Placement Drive today for all job seekers of Kurukshetra having 10+2 and above qualification & age 18+, in association with the District Employment Exchange (Govt. of Haryana).

🌟 A total of 09 reputed companies from various domains participated in the drive.

The campus was filled with excitement and sportsmanship as students and staff came together to participate in various sports events including Cricket, Volleyball, Carrom Board, Chess, and Badminton held on 6th and 7th Nov 2025.

⚾ The energy and enthusiasm were unmatched as teams competed with great spirit and teamwork.
👕 A special highlight of the day was the Staff Cricket Match, which added extra thrill and fun to the event.
🎉 The atmosphere was vibrant, joyful, and full of encouragement — truly a celebration of fitness, friendship, and fair play!

On 1st November, Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering & Technology (SKIET), Shri Krishan Polytechnic (SKP) Kurukshetra proudly celebrated Haryana Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit! 🌾✨

📖 About Haryana Day:
Haryana Day is celebrated every year on 1st November to commemorate the formation of the state of Haryana in 1966, when it was carved out from the larger state of Punjab. Known as the “Land of Champions,” Haryana has made remarkable contributions to the nation in agriculture, sports, defense, and industry — embodying the true spirit of hard work and progress. 💪

🧠 As part of the celebration, a Quiz Competition on Haryana was organized, where several enthusiastic students participated and showcased their knowledge about the rich culture, history, and achievements of the state.

🏆 Prizes were distributed to the winners, and all participants were appreciated for their active involvement and vibrant participation.

👏 The event aimed to instill pride in our state’s glorious heritage and inspire students to contribute toward Haryana’s bright future!

🎉 Essay Writing Competition on National Unity Day (Ekta Diwas) 🇮🇳

An Essay Writing Competition was successfully organized at Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering & Technology (SKIET), Kurukshetra and Shri Krishan Polytechnic (SKP) on the occasion of National Unity Day (Ekta Diwas), in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra (Govt. of India).

🖋️ The event aimed to promote the spirit of unity, integrity, and brotherhood among students — remembering the great contribution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India.

Students showcased their creativity and festive spirit through beautiful rangoli designs inspired by the divine blessings of Maa Lakshmi and Maa Saraswati and the symbolism of Diwali celebrations. 🌼🌙

A Mehendi Competition was held today at Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering & Technology (SKIET), Kurukshetra among girl students. 🎨🌿

The event was successfully organized under the faculty coordinatorship of Prof. Jaswinder & Prof. Prabhat.

Adding to the festive spirit, our girl students also applied beautiful mehendi designs on the hands of married female faculty members on the occasion of Karva Chauth, making the celebration more meaningful and vibrant. 🌺💍✨
