_Independence Day_ is celebrated every year on the _15th of August_. This day marks India’s freedom from _British rule_ and commemorates the emergence of _India as a free nation_.

Today, _Seth Tek Chand Memorial Public School_ celebrated *80th Independence Day* with great pomp, pride, and enthusiasm on the school campus.
