🚨 Nobody tells you THIS before you move to Germany.

When I first saw €992/month, I thought: "That's impossible. How do people eat, pay rent AND survive?" 😰

Then I actually broke it down… 👇

🇩🇪 Got Germany admission?
Your visa is still not guaranteed.

Visa approval also depends on APS, funds, blocked account, documents, course relevance and clear study plan.

💬 What’s harder for you — APS, funds, documents or appointment?

🇩🇪 Germany Blocked Account Explained

Free tuition doesn’t mean free living.
For a Germany student visa, you must show living funds through a blocked account.

💰 Current requirement: €11,904/year
📌 Around €992/month

This proves you can manage rent, food, insurance, transport & daily expenses in Germany.

🚨 Germany is becoming one of the strongest study destinations in Europe.

With 420,000+ international students, Germany continues to break records — and the demand is still growing.

For Indian students, this means more opportunities, but also more competition for admissions, APS, accommodation, visa slots, and proper file preparation.

Choosing the right university, course, intake, and documentation strategy is now more important than ever.

🇩🇪 Germany Minimum Wage Update

Germany’s statutory minimum wage is now €13.90 gross per hour from 1 January 2026.

It will increase again to €14.60 gross per hour from 1 January 2027.

This update is important for international students planning part-time work in Germany.

📌 Remember:
This is gross hourly pay, not guaranteed in-hand salary. Actual earnings may depend on working hours, job type, taxes, and deductions.

For students, higher wages can support living expenses — but part-time jobs should not be treated as the only financial plan.

🇦🇺 Australia has paused new private college applications for international education.

New CRICOS registrations and courses through ASQA are on hold for 12 months.

This move focuses on improving education quality and protecting Australia’s international education reputation.

Choose your institution and course carefully before applying.

🇩🇪 Germany Opportunity Card Update

Germany’s Opportunity Card visa application can now be started online through the Consular Services Portal.

But remember: online application does not always mean fully remote. A personal appointment at the German mission may still be required.

📌 Important: This is mainly for skilled workers/job seekers — not for Germany student visa applicants.
