Dreams Over Drugs: Inspiring Young Minds for a Drug-Free Future

With the vision of building a healthier, stronger and drug-free India, the "Ten Crore Drug Free Pledge Campaign" has been launched as a nationwide awareness initiative by Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya. The campaign, initiated across India on 2 August 2026 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, encourages citizens to actively participate in the noble mission of creating a

As part of this nationwide , a team from Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya visited Aggarsain Public School to sensitise and empower students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and the importance of making healthy, responsible and informed choices.
Brahma Kumar Amarnath Ji and Brahma Kumari Radha Behan Ji engaged the students in an impactful interaction and shared a real-life incident that brought home the serious consequences of addiction. They highlighted that substance abuse affects far more than an individual’s health—it can deeply impact relationships, family well-being, financial stability and society as a whole.

BK Radha Behan Ji delivered an inspiring message, urging students to remain focused on their dreams, goals and aspirations. She encouraged them not to be influenced by peer pressure or distracted from their purpose, but to have the confidence and courage to say “NO” to drugs and to every harmful habit that may come in the way of their dreams and a bright future.
A special Drug-Free India Pledge was administered to the students by BK Sonam Behan Ji. The students solemnly pledged to stay away from intoxicating substances and contribute towards building a healthy, responsible and drug-free society. They also resolved to spread awareness among their friends, families and the wider community.

Addressing the gathering, Madam Principal, Ms. Rita Goyal emphasised that awareness should not end with simply listening to a message. She encouraged students to become messengers of awareness by sharing what they had learnt with their friends, families and others in society. She stressed that each individual has a role to play in educating others about the harmful consequences of addiction and contributing to the vision of a drug-free India.
The Principal expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the visiting members of the Brahma Kumaris for their valuable contribution and presented them with a Token of Gratitude. In recognition of the school’s participation in the campaign, Aggarsain Public School was also presented with a certificate, marking its association with this meaningful nationwide initiative.
The programme served as a powerful reminder that every dream deserves a healthy mind, every young person deserves a bright future, and saying “NO” to drugs is a courageous step towards turning those dreams into reality.
