Due to the unprecedented outbreak of the Global Pandemic Covid-19 and keeping in mind that conferences and gatherings were a major source of spread, we regret to inform you that the 6th edition of the conference (was scheduled for 21&22 March and then further suspended) has been cancelled for this academic year.

We urge all the parties to stay home and stay safe. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Hope to see you next year!

Presenting the committees for the 6th edition of NITKKRMUN -
1. The First Committee, Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC) deals with disarmament, global challenges and threats to peace that affect the international community and seeks out solutions to the challenges in the international security regime. It considers all disarmament and international security matters within the scope of the Charter or relating to the powers and functions of any other organ of the United Nations; the general principles of cooperation in the maintenance of international peace and security, as well as principles governing disarmament and the regulation of armaments; promotion of cooperative arrangements and measures aimed at strengthening stability through lower levels of armaments.
2. The All India Political Parties Meet(AIPPM) is a forum for unrestricted political debate, discussion and deliberation, free from the legislative functions of the parliament. Moving over from a one party dominance of the Congress in the initial years of establishing a democracy, to two party, multi-party and finally, coalition politics, the politics of the nation has been constantly evolving. The AIPPM provides a platform where diverse political perspectives and personalities come together to make decisions on issues of national importance.

As we have promised, a mock MUN cm training session will be organised for all the participants to give you an idea about how, when and what to say during the MUN conference. The training session will include a brief about the Rules of Procedures and Committee - Research dynamics.

The registered candidates are requested to come with a writing pad.
