Culinary Management Course in collaboration with Conestoga College, Canada.

Today students and team of culinary managment organised a buffet named "CHRISTMAS HI TEA BUFFET" which was attended by respected director sir and around 35 teachers from CIIS faculty. A moderate amount of INR120 ruppes was charged for the buffet.
The menu includes:
Welcome drink Virgin Mojito
Soup Veg Talumein soup
Cottage Cheese Puffs
Vegetable Calzone
Soya Chili Chaap
Barbecue Chicken Wings
Russian Salad
Pasta and Fruit Salad
Christmas Cake
Fruit Cocktail Mousse
All the preparations were undertaken by students under the supervision of international HRM faculty with an aim to prepare students for future. The event went smoothly.
