The Department was delighted to host Mr. VIPUL MATHUR, Chief Business Officer, Raymond Lifestyle Limited, on 16th March 2026 for an engaging and insightful session. Mr. Mathur delivered a thought-provoking talk on โ€œCareer Anchoringโ€, emphasizing the importance of aligning individual personality traits, values, and competencies with suitable career paths. His session provided students with a deeper understanding of how informed career choices can shape long-term professional success.

A key highlight of the session was an interactive survey exercise in which students actively participated to identify their personality orientations. This exercise empowered them to think like future managers, enabling them to evaluate and select job roles that best suit their individual strengths and aspirations.
