అందుకే regularగా Backup తీసుకోవాలి.

👉 Backup = Data Safety Copy
👉 Restore = Backup Dataని తిరిగి తీసుకురావడం

Sales, Purchase, GST, Stock, Receipts, Payments అన్నీ safeగా ఉండటానికి Backup చాలా important. 💻

ఆ stock మొత్తం విలువ ఎంత ఉందో కూడా తెలుసుకోవాలి. 💰

Example:

10 Bags × ₹1,000
= ₹10,000 Stock Value

👉 Tallyలో Stock Summary ద్వారా quantity & value రెండూ check చేయవచ్చు.

Stock Value = Quantity × Cost per Unit

Businessలో Shop, Godown ఇలా multiple locations ఉంటే stock manage చేయడం కష్టం అవుతుంది.

👉 Tallyలో Godown / Location create చేసి stockని location-wise maintain చేయవచ్చు.

Example:

Main Shop → 4 Bags
Main Godown → 6 Bags

Total Stock → 10 Bags ✅

Godown = Stock ఉంచే Location

Example:

Purchase → +10 Bags
Sales → −3 Bags
Sales Return → +1 Bag
Purchase Return → −2 Bags

👉 Closing Stock = 6 Bags ✅

కానీ Debit & Credit balances ఎలా check చేయాలి? 🤔

👉 Trial Balance ద్వారా ledger balancesని ఒకే reportలో చూడవచ్చు.

Debit = Credit ✅

కానీ Debit, Credit equalగా ఉన్నంత మాత్రాన ప్రతి entry 100% correct అని కాదు.

Accounting నేర్చుకునే ప్రతి studentకి Trial Balance concept చాలా important! 🔥
