*MoU Signed between GPCET and Nirmaan Organization (NGO)*
G. Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology, Kurnool, and Nirmaan Organization, a non-profit NGO, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing student employment, skill development, and social partnership. The event was marked by the exchange of MoU documents between Shri GVM Mohan Kumar, Chairman of Ravindra Educational Institutions, and Harish Kumar, Vice President of Nirmaan Organization.
The partnership focuses on:
- *Impact Hiring Programs*: Identifying and providing internship, apprenticeship, and placement opportunities to economically and socially disadvantaged students through Nirmaan's industrial network. Training in soft skills, communication, resume building, and interview preparation.
- *Nirmaan Student Chapter*: Establishing a student chapter at GPCET to enhance student engagement through workshops, social impact projects, and leadership training. A faculty coordinator will be appointed by the college.
- *Skill Development & Capacity Building*: Joint training programs on technical and non-technical skills, guest lectures by industry experts, and mentorship initiatives.
- *Outreach & Inclusive Development*: Awareness programs on women empowerment, gender equality, and equal opportunities. Ensuring representation of disadvantaged groups.
The event was attended by college Vice Principal Dr. M. Giridhar Kumar, department heads, and students.

*NCC Inspection Successfully Completed at GPCET, Kurnool*
We are proud to share that the NCC inspection at GPCET was completed successfully today.
The inspection committee comprised:
- _Col Alok Tripathy, Group Commander, NCC Gp HQ, Kurnool, A.P.
- _Lt Col Sasikumar M, Commanding Officer, 28(A) Battalion NCC, Kurnool, A.P.
- _Lt Col Jobe Philip, Commanding Officer, 9(A) Girls Battalion NCC, Kurnool, A.P.
The officers reviewed parade practices, running drills, attendance, and training facilities provided by the college for NCC cadets. They appreciated the discipline, preparedness, and support extended by GPCET towards NCC activities.
The committee specially appreciated the dedicated efforts of _Dr Lt M Madhusekhar_, Asst. Prof. & ANO NCC, for his commitment to cadet training and NCC activities.
The program was presided over by Prof G Sashi Kumar, Dean Student Affairs.

***Mega Blood Donation Camp on the Occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti***
A mega blood donation camp was organized at GPCET on the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti. The event was conducted by the GPCET NSS unit in collaboration with Vignana Seva Samithi, Kurnool.
Chief guests Doctor B.S. Praveen Kumar (Cardiologist) and College Principal Dr. C. Srinivas Rao attended the event. Over 48 students participated in the blood donation drive.
Doctor Praveen appreciated the students' efforts, stating that blood donation is the greatest of all donations. He shared his experiences and emphasized the importance of blood in surgeries. He thanked the students and their parents and GPCET faculty for instilling this noble mindset.
Principal Dr. C. Srinivas Rao expressed happiness, saying the students' participation reflects their service-oriented attitude. The event was presided by Student Affairs Dean G. Shashi Kumar, NSS Program Officer S. Sankara Prasad.
