GPCET originated in the year 2007 in various Engineering streams as Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Information Technology with strength of 60 pupil in each stream. Later it is elevated with the PG Studies MCA and MBA.
