Practical Industrial Exposure at King palace hotel and restaurant Kupwara
Four of our students enrolled in the Food and Beverage Service Assistant job role successfully completed a One-Day On the Job Training (ODC) at King Palace Hotel & Restaurant Kupwara.. under the guidance of their Vocational Trainer Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Wani.

The students were deputed to the hotel's Banquet Hall, where they actively participated in the service of both Hi-Tea and Dinner functions. During the training, they gained valuable hands-on experience in banquet operations, guest service, food and beverage service techniques, table setup, and professional hospitality practices.
The visit was organized and facilitated by Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Wani Vocational Trainer, with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to real world hospitality operations and enhancing their industry readiness.
Such experiential learning opportunities help students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional practice while developing essential employability and customer service skills.

The institution extends its sincere appreciation to the management and staff of King Palace Hotel & Restaurant Kupwara, for their support and cooperation in providing a meaningful learning experience to the students. The institution also acknowledges the efforts of Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Wani in creating valuable industry linkage opportunities for the students.

Naat Competition Conducted Successfully Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Hatmulla Kupwara

A Naat Competition was successfully organized at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Hatmulla. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who displayed remarkable devotion, confidence and recitation skills.

World Environment Day 2026 Celebrated at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Hatmulla Kupwara

Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Hatmulla celebrated World Environment Day with great enthusiasm and active participation from students and staff members. The programme was organized with the objective of promoting environmental awareness and encouraging responsible environmental practices among students.
The day's activities commenced with an Essay Writing Competition, followed by a Plantation Drive and a Cleanliness Drive in and around the school premises. Students actively participated in these activities and demonstrated their commitment towards environmental conservation.

A Drawing Competition was also organized, wherein students showcased their creativity and awareness regarding environmental protection through impressive artworks and captions.

An awareness programme comprising speeches, skits and environmental messages was conducted to highlight the importance of preserving nature
and adopting sustainable practices.

The teaching staff also participated actively in the celebration, making the event both educational and inspiring. Winners of various competitions were felicitated during the Award Distribution Ceremony.
The programme concluded with an Environmental Oath-Taking Ceremony, where students and staff pledged to protect the environment and contribute towards a cleaner and greener future.
The Principal of the institution appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee,especially Mr Fayaz Ahmad Wani Vocational Trainer ( Tourism and Hospitality ) , staff members and students for making the programme a grand success and emphasized the need for continued environmental responsibility throughout the year.
