Our grassroots education system has grown fragile, and the saplings nurtured within it are often weak, struggling to mature or bear fruit. Overcrowded classrooms and an alarming shortage of committed teachers have forced the system to bend on its knees, weighed down by pressures it cannot sustain. The growing culture of copying at the high and higher secondary levels feels like the final bitter pill, silently rotting the entire structure from within. This raises an unsettling curiosity—if the foundation of learning itself is shaken, how can we expect the future generations it shapes to stand strong, ethical, and innovative.
