In the final weeks of your , we are back with some tips that can help you deliver your final with all the data that you have collected for the past 5 weeks.
➡Identify the different teams that would be engaged in your project implementation.
➡Find which or requirements you can outsource and identify multiple vendors who can help you do the work. Choose the best available option based on their costs, experience, trust factory, time of delivery of work, and other parameters depending on the type of vendors you interact with.
➡Financial Estimates - Make projections about revenue estimates of the project. It helps the stakeholders understand what direction you are trying to move by solving the problem at hand
➡Timelines for the - As discussed regarding timelines of versions in the previous week, make estimates about vendor timelines (if vendors are involved) and dependencies on each implementation stage. There may be some stages that can only proceed after the previous stage is implemented. So identify those and raise them during your presentations.
➡ Management - While making the plan for implementation, also list the stakeholders that would be involved during each stage.
➡Leverage existing processes - Try to identify solutions/processes that other teams might be working on. You could leverage them by incorporating them into your solution.
➡Magic of - Understand the direct and indirect metrics that could affect the solution you are proposing. Also, be careful about the impact the solution will have on the metric that the business line is tracking.
