Our young learners from Grades 5 to 10 embraced the spirit of wellness and mindfulness by participating in International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm.

Through guided sessions and simple yoga practices, students explored the importance of physical health, emotional balance, and inner calm, fostering lifelong habits of well-being.

We believe in nurturing holistic development, and initiatives like these help sow the seeds of a healthy and balanced lifestyle from a young age.
