🇮🇳 A Proud First for SIPS — Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom! 🇮🇳

This Independence Day holds a very special place in the journey of SRIGURU International Public School (SIPS) — our first Independence Day celebration as a school.

As India proudly celebrates its 80th Independence Day, our young SIPSonian hearts came together to honour the courage, sacrifice and vision of the countless men and women who gave us the precious gift of freedom.

For our children, Independence Day is more than the unfurling of the Tricolour or a celebration on the calendar. It is an opportunity to understand what freedom truly asks of us — responsibility, respect, unity, courage and service to our nation.

As a young school beginning its own journey, we believe education must help children grow not only in knowledge, but also in character. Every classroom should nurture thoughtful minds, compassionate hearts and responsible citizens who will contribute positively to the India of tomorrow.

Our first Independence Day celebration therefore becomes a milestone in the story of SIPS — the beginning of a tradition we hope generations of SIPSonian students will proudly carry forward.

May our children always cherish the freedom they have inherited, respect the diversity that makes our country extraordinary, and have the courage to dream and work for a stronger, kinder and brighter India.

🌱 Small Habits. Cleaner Tomorrow. ♻️

Learning to care for our environment begins with understanding the little choices we make every day.

At SRIGURU International Public School (SIPS), students participated in an awareness activity on Dry and Wet Waste Segregation, learning why separating waste at the source is an important step towards responsible waste management.

🟢 Wet Waste – food scraps, fruit and vegetable peels and other biodegradable waste
🔵 Dry Waste – paper, plastic, metal, glass and other recyclable materials

Through simple demonstrations and hands-on learning, our SIPSonians understood how identifying and segregating waste correctly can help reduce landfill waste, support recycling and keep our surroundings cleaner.

More importantly, they learnt that protecting our planet does not always begin with something big. Sometimes, it begins with choosing the right bin. 🌍💚

At SIPS, we believe education should inspire children not only to understand the world, but also to care for it responsibly.

Segregate today. Sustain tomorrow. ♻️

💙 Friendship Day at SIPS — Growing Together, Learning Together 💛

Some of the most beautiful lessons of school life are not always found in textbooks. They are found in the friendships children build along the way.

At SRIGURU International Public School, Friendship Day was celebrated with smiles, laughter and the simple joy of being together. It was a wonderful reminder that friendship is about much more than sharing happy moments—it is about kindness, trust, respect, empathy and standing by one another.

Through their everyday friendships, children learn to listen, to share, to forgive, to appreciate differences and to care for those around them. These little lessons gradually shape compassionate individuals and stronger communities.

As our SIPSonians celebrated the special bonds they share with their friends, the campus came alive with moments of togetherness and memories to cherish. 💙

🌿 Learning Beyond the Classroom: Grades I–IV Explore the Wonders of Nature at PRANI Pet Sanctuary 🦜🐢

At SRIGURU International Public School (SIPS), we believe that learning extends far beyond the four walls of a classroom. 📚✨ As part of our commitment to experiential education, our students of Grades I to IV recently embarked on an exciting educational field trip to PRANI – The Pet Sanctuary. 🚌🌿

The visit provided our young learners with a wonderful opportunity to observe, interact with, and appreciate a remarkable variety of animals in a safe and supervised environment. 🐇🦆🐐 Students experienced the joy of gently feeding and interacting with friendly animals while learning about their habitats, behaviours, and the importance of treating every living creature with kindness, compassion, and respect. ❤️🌍

Throughout the visit, the children enthusiastically explored the sanctuary, meeting colourful birds, gentle tortoises, friendly farm animals, reptiles, and many other fascinating creatures. 🦜🐢🐄🦎 Guided by the experienced team at PRANI, they gained valuable insights into animal care, biodiversity, and environmental conservation. 🌱🌎

More than just an educational outing, the experience nurtured curiosity, strengthened observation skills, built confidence, and fostered empathy towards animals and nature. 🌼✨ Watching the excitement and wonder on the faces of our students as they encountered these amazing creatures was truly heartwarming. 😊

At SIPS, we are committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire children to explore, discover, and connect classroom knowledge with the real world. 🌟 Educational visits such as these help shape responsible, compassionate, and environmentally conscious citizens of tomorrow. 🌍💙
