Govt.Middle School Lalpora D K Marg actively participated in the national wide Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan under the 100 days Awareness compaign initiated by the District Administration Kulgam under the esteemed leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mr Shahzad Alam. The school organised awareness programmes educating students and the and the community about the harmful effects of substance abuse. The campaign commenced with a special morning assembly where students and staff members took a solemn pledge against drug abuse . Rallies were organised to aware the community against drug abuse. Guest lecturers, expert talks and group discussions were also held in which students and staff members participated actively.Pamphlets were distributed among students. Written pledge activity was also conducted.Group singing, essays writing competition, quiz competition, on drug abuse were organised.Students were encouraged to say ' No to drugs, Yes to life, to promote a drug free society.
All students and staff participated actively in these activities as per the calander in letter and spirit issued by the District Administration Kulgam.

An awareness program by mode of video screening on drug abuse was successfully organised under Nasha Mukth Bharat Abhiyan ( NMBA) at Government Middle School Lalpora under the guidance of School Nodal officer Mr Mohd Yasin Tantray.The initiative aimed to educate students about the harmful effects of substances abuse and promote a healthy drug -free lifestyle.Students and Staff members actively participated in the program
