Degree College Kulgam lifts T-20 trophy :
ANANTNAG, SEPTEMBER 05: The cricket team of
Degree College Kulgam won the finals of South
Kashmir inter college T-20 cricket tournament by
defeating Degree College Bijbehara team by 4 wickets
in a closely contested final match at Degree College
Boys stadium here today.
Minister for Horticulture, Hajj and Auqaf, Mr Abdul
Rehman Veeri who was the Chief Guest on the
occasion, gave away prizes and presented trophies to
the winner and the runner- up teams. He also gave
away prizes to the individual
players for their outstanding performance during the
tournament.
Mr Veeri also honoured the football team of Degree
College Anantnag by presenting them trophies. The
team recently won the final inter college football match
held at Kashmir University.
The T-20 Tournament was organised by Degree College
Boys, Anantnag. In all 14 teams of Degree Collages of
south
Kashmir participated in the tournament. The first
match of
the tournament was played on 19 August 2015 while
the
semi-final was played on 1 September 2015 and final
match
was played today between the cricket teams of Degree
Colleges of Kulgam and Bijbehara, which was won by
the
team of Degree college Kulgam by 4 wickets.

No Mid- Term in respect of 2nd year and 3rd year.

The examination forms related to conduct of Bi-
Annual Examinations of B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/
BCA/MCMP/Fazila 1st And 2nd Year for eligible
failure/additional/division improvement candidates
of Kashmir/Kargil/Leh shall be available on the
University website w.e.f 05-09-2015 to
12-09-2015.
The candidate shall have to deposit the requisite
fee in the Branch of J&K Bank after downloading
the fee receipts along with the examination form
and shall have to deposit the same at the
counters established in the B.G 1st & 2nd Year
section of the Examination Block, University of
Kashmir, Srinagar/Govt. Degree College, Leh by or
before 12-09-2015.
The detail of fee is as under:
** For One Subject Only:
Rs. 300/- favouring Registrar, University of
Kashmir, Rs. 100/- EMF + Rs. 50/- lighting/
service charges favouring Controller of
Examination, University of Kashmir.
** For more than one subject:
Rs. 1000/- favouring Registrar, University of
Kashmir, Rs. 100/- EMF + Rs. 50/- lighting/
service charges favouring Controller of
Examination, University of Kashmir.
** For Division Improvement Candidates:
Rs. 1000/- favouring Registrar, University of
Kashmir, Rs. 100/- EMF + Rs. 50/- lighting/
service charges + Rs. 150/- (Degree Certificate
Fee and Service Charges favouring Controller of
Examination, University of Kashmir).

Below Average Performance from the students of Govt. Degree college Kulgam. Out of 1528 regular Candidates only 623 managed to qualify the B.A/ B.Sc / B.com Ist year Examination with 39.38%... Afaq Najeeb topped topped the Results with 466 marks....

AN AVERAGE PERFORMANCE FROM GDC KULGAM.OUT OF 1182 REGULAR CANDIDATES ONLY 677 MANAGED TO QUALIFY. SO OVERALL RESULT PERCENTAGE IS 57.27%.
