Today on 15-11-2025, Hon’ble Minister for Education, Higher Education, Health, Medical Education & Social Welfare, Ms. Sakina Masood Itoo, laid the foundation stone of the 03-roomed building (Art & Craft Room, Library Room, Integrated Lab.) and inaugurated the Open Gym Centre at HSS D.K. Marg.
On the occasion, Worthy Director School Education, Kashmir, Mr. Naseer Ahmad Wani (JKAS), was also present.
This development marks another significant step towards strengthening educational infrastructure and enriching learning facilities for the students of HSS D.K. Marg.

Today, on 31-10-2025, the NSS Unit of HSS DK Marg organised a "Run for Unity" and "Plantation Drive' on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, in collaboration with Police Station DK Marg.
The event aimed to promote the spirit of unity, national integration, environmental responsibility, and community cooperation. Students, staff members, and police officials actively participated, making the event a great success.
Together, we pledge to uphold the vision of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and work towards building a united and greener nation.

Proud Moment for HSS DK Marg!
Mimra Fayaz, a Class 12th student of our institution, shone in the UT-Level U/17 Girls Cricket Tournament.
Representing District Kulgam, Mimra delivered a spectacular performance by scoring an unbeaten 44 runs off just 17 balls in the UT-Level U/17 Girls Cricket Match against District Jammu, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, J&K, at District Poonch.
Her explosive innings powered District Kulgam U/17 Girls to a well-deserved victory. For her outstanding performance, Mimra Fayaz was declared the Player of the Match.

Today, 18/10/2025, a series of two friendly cricket matches was played between HSS DK Marg and HSS D H Pora. The series ended in a 1–1 draw, with both teams showcasing outstanding cricketing skills and remarkable sportsmanship.
Highlights:
From HSS DK Marg, Sameer Sir delivered an exceptional all-round performance with both bat and ball in both matches.
From HSS D H Pora, Dilwar Sir played brilliant innings in both matches.
