An extraordinary meeting with worthy CEO kulgam Mr Qadri sb was held today in his office chamber under the dynamic leadership of district president jkecc/ jk teachers association kulgam Mr Mubarak Ahmad wani.Mr wani apprised the worthy officer about some grave issues confronted by teachers, students n other employees of school education department.The following issues were discussed at threadbare.

1: Transition to substantive posts.
2: Time bound committee/ Dpc for non gazetted.
3: Smart classrooms for KG classes.
4: MDM expenditure/ salary of cooks.
5: creation of teachers welfare fund at district level.
6; Undue meeting convened by pay centre headmasters.
7: Merging of clubbed schools with parent schools.
8:undue deployments in favour of some teachers.
9: TG 2 files etc
The worthy officer noted down all points in a systematic order n passed on onspot directions to concerned quarters for early redressal.
The delegation comprised of sartaj madni vice district president, Bashir kulgami general secretary, showkat Ismail finance secretary, Mukhtar ah zp DH pora, Shahnawaz ali,Atta mohd reshi,sajad Ahmad Ganie zonal finance secretary yaripora,zp devsar Nawaz ah, Gowhar ah shah district organiser and senior district member Mr Iqbal Ahmed kuchay, and others.

condolence note
With grief and sorrow, whole team of jk teachers association extend heart felt condolences with Mr. Rouf ahmad incharge Zp yaripora over the demise of his father in law. The deceased was a pious soul soul who served education department for a long time.
We pray Almighty Allah to bestow jannath ul firdous to the deceased and patience for the bereaved family.
Mr. Rouf ahmad is the warrior of jk teachers association and we stand with him in this hour of grief.

*A high level delegation of JKECC met Principal Secretary GAD Shri M K dewedi (IAS).*
Srinagar (1/6/2022) : Today a high level delegation of JKECC headed by its president Mr. Shah Fayaz who is also the Chairman JKTA , met Principal Sec GAD at civil secreteriat Srinagar and had a threadbare discussion on many burning issues of employees of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory. The Prime concern of the delegation was the safety and security of the migrant employees working at different quarters in kashmir division. Quoting the present scenario of fear and choas Mr Shah Fayaz apprised the worthy Secretary about the posting of these employees at safer places and the Worthy Secretary assured the delegation that this issue will be resloved on fast track basis. Besides this president JKECC aslo also presented the certificate of appreciation to the Worthy Principal Secretary GAD SHRI M K Dewedi for smooth functioning of the department and timely redresal of the issues from his office. The Secretary also reminded the president JKECC to keep working for the betterment of the employees of JAMMU AND KASHMIR UNION TERRITORY.

With utmost grief and sorrow jk teachers association on behalf of all teachers of district kulgam condemn the target killing of our colleague Mrs Rajni Bala at Gopalpora Kulgam. we express heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family and pray for eternal peace to the departed soul. we appeal LG administration to take serious steps for the security of our migrant colleagues at an earliest.
Besides, we also condemn the misbehavour and Unparliamentary and unconstitutional language of x member parliament Mr. Nazir ahmad laway with our worthy CEO kulgam.
we appeal LG jammu n kashmir and secretary school education to take serious note of it. it is un lawful to use derogatory language against any government official during duty hours.
we stand with CEO kulgam with full mettle.
