ATL Day was celebrated in our school on 25th April with great enthusiasm and academic spirit. The occasion showcased the creativity, innovation, and scientific aptitude of students through various engaging activities conducted under the Atal Tinkering Lab initiative. The celebration reflected our commitment towards fostering experiential learning and nurturing young innovators for the future.

With deep respect and heartfelt gratitude, we bid a graceful farewell to our esteemed Principal, Mr. Ab Rashid Hajam, on his superannuation after decades of dedicated service to the Department of School Education.

An awareness programme on the ill effects of drug abuse was successfully organized today at Government Higher Secondary School Ashmuji under the flagship initiative Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.

The programme was conducted within the school premises in an open and interactive setting, ensuring active participation of students. During the session, a detailed awareness talk was delivered highlighting the harmful physical, psychological, and social consequences of drug addiction. Students were sensitized about how substance abuse affects health, academic performance, family life, and society at large.

The speaker emphasized the importance of self-discipline, informed decision-making, and resisting peer pressure, encouraging students to adopt a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. The interactive nature of the session allowed students to engage, ask questions, and express their views.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, reflecting their keen interest in understanding this critical issue. Such initiatives play a vital role in building awareness and guiding youth towards a safe, responsible, and drug-free future.

Today we bid a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Tehzeem Ahmad Lone, Lecturer in Chemistry, on his superannuation.

Important Notice for Class 12th Pass-Out Students

All Class 12th pass-out students of this institution are hereby informed that any official documents (such as certificates, testimonials, migration documents, etc.) will be issued only on Tuesdays of any week.

Students who require any documents are advised to visit the school campus on the designated day during 11:00 am and 12:00 pm with proper identification and complete details of the required documents.

It is further clarified that no document-related work will be entertained or processed on any other day of the week. This arrangement has been made to ensure smooth functioning of office work and better facilitation of services.

All concerned are requested to strictly adhere to the above schedule and cooperate with the school administration.
