***Under the deliberations of the meeting of the HOIs of MS and PS under the Chairmanship of Zonal Education Officer Devsar, the following points of deliverables were discussed to be operated from tomorrow, the 19th of October 2022.
1. Out-of-school children are to be identified with name, father's name, residence and one geotag photograph of each child to be submitted on WhatsApp number 8076571672 on each day up to 26th of October 2022 with the format as under;
1: Name of OOSC
2: parentage
3: Age
4: Class in which admitted
5: Photograph of OOSC
6: Remarks

2:: One Banner of Size 4*5 depicting the achievements in the school viz Building construction, toilet construction, Scholarship provided, mid-day meals served, playground levelling, etc. These banners should be displayed at a prominent place in the school.

3:: Under my school my pride the following activities to be done
a) Maintenance of Schools/ repairs of Windows and doors/ whitewash etc. With
one geotag photograph to be submitted with name of the school, zone, and district on WhatsApp number 8076571672.

4::: Parent-teacher Meetings to be conducted on the 26th of every month to receive the genuine demands of the parents . Geotag photo of the Said meeting to be shared with WhatsApp number 8076571672

5:: Verification of pre-matric scholarship forms at the institutional level .

6:: Detailed list of Gujjar and Bakerwal Students with Adhaar number and 16 digit bank account number to be furnished to this office in hard and soft copy( excel format) within two days.
