The Annual General Meeting (A G M) 2016-17 of Reunion Organization of Bipradas Pal Chowdhury Institute of Technology, Krishnagar is scheduled to be held on Sunday, the 16th April, 2017 at 11-00 Am in R.K.Banerjee Hall of our Institute. All Ex- Students and Ex- Staff of the institute Who have Registered their names in the previous Reunion Session up to 2014 are cordially invited to attend the AGM . The members of the Managing Committee and advisory Committee are also requested to remain present in the AGM positively.

1. To read and confirm the minutes of the last AGM.
2. To place accept the Annual Report of the secretary.
3. To approve the accounts for the period of 2015-16 and 2016-17.
4. To intimate the present activities of the organization.
5. To form new managing committee and Working committee for the next two years
6. Miscellaneous.
