Markaz Law College

In a significant step towards the comprehensive digitalisation of primary education, the NSS Unit of Markaz Law College implemented a digital upgrade at Malapuram, Perumballi Government L.P. School (GMLP School) under its flagship project “E-Gyan Abhiyan 2.0.” The initiative aims to strengthen the school’s academic environment through enhanced technological facilities.
The project was inaugurated by Dr. C. Abdul Samad, Executive Director of Markaz Law College. PTA President Abdul Rasheed presided over the function. NSS Programme Officer P.K. Ibrahim delivered the introductory address, while Koduvally Block Panchayat Member Nushath attended as the chief guest. PTA representatives and NSS volunteers extended their felicitations. Headmistress Reji welcomed the gathering, and Reena Teacher proposed the vote of thanks.

A legal aid camp was conducted at the Paloore Tribal Hamlet in Vanimel Panchayat by the BBA LL.B (2022–27) batch. It was a unique experience for the students to render legal services at the grassroots level.

Conducted " Thanal–2 " Legal Aid Camp at Chekadi Village, Pulpally, Wayanad, by the LL.B. Unitary Batch (2023–26). The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Jithin, Member, District Panchayat. The team will carry out follow-up actions in collaboration with the DLSA and other concerned authorities.

MLC students actively took part in the ghat cleaning programme organized by the district authorities.

Conducted an academic induction programme for the new LL.M. batch. Veteran academicians Prof. R. K. Biju and Dr. TP Rajalekshmi participated.

Principio Magnus 26 marked the commencement of the new LL.M. batch, with Prof. Denoj Sebastian, Registrar of the University of Calicut, as the Chief Guest. Dr. M. A. H. Azhari presided over the function.

A Legal Aid Camp titled “Kanthi” was conducted at Mullankolli, Wayanad, by the 3rd Semester LL.B students, with the objective of spreading legal awareness and providing basic legal assistance to the local community.
