The discussions and thoughts of young scholars and professionals completed studies from CM Centre Madavoor resulted the formation of IFER. IFER spring up to identify the distorted trends in education and bring forth effective remedy to it. *_Key Initiatives_*
�IFER ACADEMY:
IFER academy is the maiden attempt under the foundation .It aims to reach quality education to students who completed 10th STD. Our students are channeled to different streams like Medicine, Engineering, Management, Media, Agriculture etc. by identifying their skill and interest through an aptitude test. 65 students are studying at present in seven batches. 45 alumni of IFER Academy is part of socio-educational activities under IFER. The academic strike rate is impressing !, 17 of our students achieved MBBS admission only in the short period of 7years. IFERians are in the journey to big aims like Civil Services and else.
�IFER NEST Initiative:
It was established in 2020 to contribute towards ensuring the right proportion of minorities and backwards in Government Services.With free food,accommodation and coaching facilities 15 students are preparing for UPSC,PSC, SSC and RRB examinations.
�Different Forums:
Through different Forums IFER try to reach out for society and community level programmes. This is aimed at serving beyond the residential capacity. The CAREER JUNCTION programs organized by Trainers Forum and SACs was great Initiatives. Explora- The career seminar led by IFER professionals in 100 localities are underway. Public Examinations orientation, coaching and guidance are the areas we mainly concentrate through our forums. Medical forum's Phone-in tele-consultation was a great service amidst the Covid-19 locked down period.
*_Pilot Initiatives_*
� National Education Empowerment Programme:
We aim to expand service to socially and educationally backward non-Kerala states. As primary stage, ground level activities have already started in Maharashtra and J&K.
� Women Education Empowerment:
With around 50% of population women community engagement is unavoidable in socio-economic development. Basic health and education infrastructure should be more women friendly. To contribute to this course IFER has started pilot mission. With scholarship and mentorship by women professionals we have adopted girls to higher education.

The poster along with this shows the quantitative result of IFER missions in this short span of time. The qualitative aspects associated are immeasurable. ഒമ്പത് വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുന്നെയാണ് ഐഫറിൻ്റെ തുടക്കം. മടവൂർ സി.എം സെൻ്ററിൽ നിന്ന് പഠനം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ മതപണ്ഡിതരുടെയും പ്രൊഫഷണലുകളുടെയും കൂട്ടായ്മയുടെ സമൂഹനിർമ്മിതിയെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള ആലോചനകളാണ് IFER( Integrated foundation for education and research) രൂപീകരണത്തിലേക്ക് നയിച്ചത്. ഗുരുവര്യരായ ബാഖവി ഉസ്താദിന്റെ ആശിർവാദങ്ങളോടെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ പുരോഗതിയിലൂടെ ശാക്തീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ട സമൂഹം എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലേക്ക് അതിവേഗം ജൈത്രയാത്ര തുടരുകയാണ് IFER.

� IFER അക്കാദമി: IFER ന്റെ പ്രഥമ സംരംഭമാണ് IFER അക്കാദമി. പത്താം ക്ളാസ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഉന്നത പഠനവും പരിശീലനവും സംവിധാനിച്ചു അവരെ സർവ്വകലാവല്ലഭരായ പ്രൊഫഷനലുകളാക്കുക എന്നതാണ് അക്കാദമിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം.എട്ട് ബാച്ചുകളിലായി 65 വിദ്യാർത്ഥി കൾ പഠിച്ചു വരുന്നു. 45വിദ്യാർഥികൾ പഠനം പൂർത്തിയാക്കി IFER കൂട്ടായ്മയുടെ ഭാഗമായി പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു വരുന്നു. അത്ഭുതകരമാണ് IFER അക്കാദമിയുടെ സ്ട്രൈക്ക് റേറ്റ്!,ഏഴു വര്ഷങ്ങൾക്കൊണ്ട് 17 വിദ്യാർഥികൾ MBBS അഡ്മിഷൻ നേടിയത് മാത്രം ഉദാഹരണമായി പരമാർശിക്കുന്നു.സിവിൽ സർവീസ് അടക്കം മറ്റ് ഉന്നത മേഖലകൾ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് പഠനം തുടരുകയാണ് ഞങ്ങളുടെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ.
� IFER നെസ്റ്റ് ഇനീഷ്യേറ്റിവ്:
സർക്കാർ സർവീസിൽ ന്യുനപക്ഷ-പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാതിനിധ്യം ഉയർത്തുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചതാണ് IFER നെസ്റ്റ്. വിദഗ്ധ പരിശീലനവും സൗജന്യ ഭക്ഷണം- താമസ സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടെ 15 വിദ്യാർഥികൾ നെസ്റ്റിനു കീഴിൽ UPSC,SSC,RRB,PSC തുടങ്ങിയ പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് പഠിച്ചു വരുന്നു.

പൊതുജനങ്ങളെയും IFERന് താമസിപ്പിച്ച് പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത വിദ്യാർഥികളെയും ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് വിവിധ പദ്ധതികൾ IFER ഫോറങ്ങൾ മുഖേന നടത്തി വരുന്നു . _ട്രൈനേഴ്സ് ഫോറം,SAC_ കൾ വഴി നടത്തിയ കരിയർ ജംഗ്ഷൻ പരിപാടി ശ്രദ്ധേയമായിരുന്നു. 100 കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിൽ IFER പ്രൊഫഷണലുകൾ നയിക്കുന്ന സൗജന്യ കരിയർ ശിൽപ്പശാല, _എക്പ്ലോറ_ എന്ന പേരിൽ ഗംഭീരമായി നടന്നു വരുന്നു. മത്സരപരീക്ഷ പരിശീലനം, ചർച്ചകൾ എന്നിവ വഴി സാമൂഹ്യ പുരോഗതികാവശ്യമായ ഇടപെടലുകൾ IFER നടത്തിവരുന്നു. കോവിഡ് ലോക്ക്ഡൗൺ കാലത്ത് _മെഡിക്കൽ ഫോറം_ നടത്തിയ ഫോണ്-ഇൻ കൺസൽറ്റേഷൻ പരിപാടിയും ശ്രദ്ധേയമായിരുന്നു.
_*പൈലറ്റ് പദ്ധതികൾ*_
�നാഷണൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ എംപവർമെന്റ് പ്രോഗ്രാം:
വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ-സാമൂഹികരംഗങ്ങളിൽ പിന്നോക്കം നിൽക്കുന്ന കേരള ഇതര സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് IFEE വിജയ മാതൃക വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു.
ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തിൽ മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര, ജമ്മു -കാഷ്മീർ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ചെറിയ തോതിൽ അടിസ്ഥാനപ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു.
�ഗേൾസ് എഡ്യുക്കേഷൻ എംപവർമെന്റ്
ജനസംഖ്യപരമായി സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ പകുതി ശതമാനം വരുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ശാക്തീകരണം സമൂഹപുരോഗതിയിൽ ഒഴിച്ചു കൂടാനാവാത്തതാണ്. അടിസ്ഥാന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ-ആരോഗ്യ സംവിധാനം ഇനിയും സ്ത്രീ സൗഹൃദമവേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. ഇതിനായി പൈലറ്റ് മാതൃകയിൽ IFER പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. സ്കോളർഷിപ്പുകളും വനിതാ പ്രൊഫഷണലുകളുടെ മെന്റർഷിപ്പും നൽകി ഒരുകൂട്ടം വിദ്യാർത്ഥിനികളെയും IFER പഠിപ്പിച്ചു വരുന്നു.
