2-എടുത്ത ചിത്രത്തില്‍ ഒരു കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ക്കലും പാടില്ല.

3.സൈസ് കുറക്കുന്നതിന് എഡിറ്റിങ് സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയര്‍ ഒന്നും ഉപയോഗിക്കാന്‍ പാടില്ല.

4-ചിത്രത്തിന് പരമാവധി 2 എം ബി മതി ഫയല്‍ സൈസ്

5-ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ ഇമെയില്‍ വഴി മാത്രം അയക്കുക

6-ഓരോ ദിവസവും വൈകുന്നേരം നാലു മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ ആ ദിവസത്തെ പ്രാഥമിക തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനു പരിഗണിക്കും. നാലിന് ശേഷം വരുന്ന ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദിവസത്തെ പ്രാഥമിക തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലേ പരിഗണിക്കൂ.

7-ഓരോ ദിവസവും പ്രാഥമിക തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ മികച്ചതാകുന്ന ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ മെട്രോ മനോരമയില്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കും.

8-ഇവയില്‍ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച ചിത്രത്തെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാന്‍ വായനക്കാര്ക്ക് എസ് എം എസിലൂടെ വോട്ട് ചെയാം.

9-ജൂറിയുടെ മാര്ക്കും വായനക്കാരുടെ വോട്ടും ചേര്‍ത്താണ് മികച്ച ചിത്രത്തെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക.
