Unlock your potential at Strike Zone—Karate, BJJ, fitness & fun for all ages in Kottayam. Join today

Strike Zone began as a vision nurtured in the heart of Dubai, a global hub where cultures, ambitions, and ideas unite. Our founders—Sinu Philipose and family—were inspired by the vibrant, competitive martial arts community in the UAE, where high standards of instruction met cutting-edge fitness philosophies. Over years spent training, coaching, and building community in Dubai, we witnessed firsthand how martial arts can transform lives—teaching resilience, honor, and self-confidence to people from every background. Driven by a desire to bring this world-class training experience home, our journey brought us back to India, where roots run deep and traditions carry great meaning. We settled in Kottayam, determined to create more than just a martial arts studio—we set out to build a modern dojo that would blend all we had learned abroad with Kerala’s unique community spirit. The Strike Zone Difference
International Perspective, Local Heart: Our curriculum fuses the best of Dubai’s dynamic instruction with the rich values of Indian martial tradition—offering students a global approach, with a local connection. Expert Coaching: Led by passionate, certified instructors, our team brings years of experience on international mats, ensuring world-class guidance in a supportive, family-friendly environment. Innovative Training Space: Our dojo features a maximized mat area, advanced safety standards, and flexible schedules designed for today’s families—reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and student comfort. Inclusive Programs: We welcome students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities—allowing every individual to find their zone, challenge themselves, and grow. Our Promise to You
At Strike Zone, every class is more than a workout—it’s an opportunity to build strength, character, and community. Whether you’re a child finding your footing, a parent seeking positive discipline for your family, or an adult reigniting your fitness journey, our story is your story: one of courage, transformation, and shared success. Join us in Kottayam and experience martial arts reimagined—from Dubai’s global inspiration to Kerala’s thriving heart. Welcome to Strike Zone—where your journey begins, and your best self emerges.

A year ago, we had an empty room, a vision, and a whole lot of hope.

Today, that same room is filled with little fighters who’ve learned to show up, push harder, fall, get back up, and believe in themselves. 🥋

From our very first class to every belt earned, every challenge faced, every smile, and every small victory — this first year has been unforgettable.

To every student and every family who trusted Strike Zone with this journey — thank you. ❤️

One year down.
The journey has only just begun.

🥋 YEAR TWO STARTS NOW.
