Series of accomplishments have become a trend at AKS University and once again it has been depicted in the notable work by one of the faculty members Mr. Virendra Kumar Pandey, Assistant Professor.

Mr. Pandey has authored a book entitled "Textbook of Food Microbiology" which deals with the syllabi of Dean 5 General Microbiology and Food Microbiology. This book will be helpful in studying Course Curriculum and preparing for National Level Examinations.

The author has dedicated this book to his father Mr. Sita Ram Pandey and acknowledged management authorities and faculty members of Biotechnology & Food Technology department for their support and cooperation.

Heartiest Congratulations to Mr. Virendra Kumar Pandey, Research Scholar, Department of Biotechnology, AKS University, Satna for publishing a scientific research paper on the topic "Isolation and Molecular Identification of Strain Exhibiting Acidic Pectinase Activity from Fruit Waste" in 'Asian Journal of Microbiology, Biotechnology & Environmental Sciences', ISSN: 0972-3005, NAAS Rating: 5.0.
