आज यह जानकर बहुत दुःख हुआ कि एक संस्थान ने अपने शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों के वेतन में *मिड-सेशन* में 50% तक की अचानक कटौती कर दी।

कोटा के इतिहास में यह पहली घटना है जब किसी कोचिंग संस्थान ने अपने शिक्षकों के वेतन में मिड-सेशन में कटौती की हो। 30 साल से भी अधिक वर्षों से जो साख कोटा ने और कोटा के कोचिंग संचालकों ने बनाई वो आज खत्म हो गई।

कोटा के कोचिंग इतिहास में बहुत घटनाएँ हुईं - ऐसी घटनाएँ जिनके बारे में सोचना भी अच्छा नहीं लगता, जैसे मिड-सेशन में फैकल्टी मेम्बर्स को एक संस्थान से तोड़कर रातों-रात अपने फायदे के लिए उन्हें उपयोग करना, ये बिना सोचे कि इस तरह की घटना से कितने विद्यार्थियों का भविष्य खराब हुआ, विद्यार्थियों को भावनात्मक रूप से प्रेरित करना, यह बताए बिना कि जिंदगी में और भी बहुत सारे करियर विकल्प हैं, और भी बहुत कुछ। शायद यह उसी का नतीजा है कि अब यह सब हो रहा है। अब ऐसा लगने लगा है कि कोचिंग अब कोटा से दूर हो चुकी है।

This event is going to have a lasting impact on the entire economy of Kota city, which will perhaps affect many innocent Kota citizens and their family members who have invested heavily in creating infrastructure by believing in the promises of coaching owners.

Additionally, it is going to be tough for families of employees who have budgeted their expenses based on assurances of stable jobs and salaries.
