My journey as teacher...started with teaching my son ...to play hide and seek with alphabets and numbers...so as to teach him skip counting....to make learning fun meaningful...make observation and understand...I discovered in me ways to make learning
enjoyable,innovative, fun and stress free for kids. It was fun to get interviewed and get job offer from school as HOD Computer Science from Gyanshree school principal when we went for admission of my son with all facilities of day care and crech for my going to be born daughter....but it struck to my mind to try teaching as option ...due to family constraint as women we have to give up many options....but I published my advertisement and got my very first student Nikita Anand.

Nikita Anand...grade VII Mathematics....i taught her and she improved..her improvement was my score card ..I passed as teacher..she enjoyed and she became so confident that she taught her peers ..solved on board...and most importantly she enjoyed the subject.

Danish Arora - I have never met a soul purer than him and I was always worried how he is going to manage difficult harsh world. We studied and enjoyed. He will always help anyone anywhere anytime

Bhavika lakhotia : the yoga girl. She also learner well. She was so close to me to be mistaken as my daughter in society very caring straight forward and good heart

Then I got Ayushi grade VII Mathematics and science - she was and is my student and friend...our study methods were different...open air terrace..lying on floor..making coffee ..in winters in razai with feeding revari ...the thing I liked about her was she used to come at 3:00 and she always had a show to watch so have to leave by 3:45 pm..how much I give her work she completes it...we also had last moment exam anxiu when we missed important concept to be asked in exam and we managed

After my daughter joined play school Windows and with due permission I was once again able to do job but this time not as software engineer because it requires full day and half day option was school job. I joined Manav Rachna International School Noida as I did not have B.ED and this was in proximity to manage home...i took up the job .MRIS family whole heartedly welcomed me and provided resources to train me as teacher to primary class students..journey was tough but I got a good mentor Mala ma'am . The toughest job was to bring students in line from their class to computer lab without noise😀. It was tough as how to play games and make them understand ..story telling...acting ...each day was new experience...I started to find challenge in this job..teach them...above their limit in simple fun ways...I taught them not only computer skill..but skills for good human...good team effort.,leader effort...I taught them to share n help n lead in different roles...to present n teach n explain to peer....I started looking them.as individuals who will grow n build good future....I started teaching them stop motion animation through ms paint...I explored and understood their capacity and capabilities ...one who did task first was assigned task as leader and explain other.... slowly they learnt to grow together with respect ... similarly for each class I experimented and challenged them ...I started enjoying my power to give them directions to explore and expand themselves., And all thanx to my colleagues at MRIS Noida..who supported me helped me with tricks and ways and groomed a non professional teacher to the norms of school in healthy loving way

I especially want to thank principal of Manav Rachna International School Noida Mrs Nindya Saket and ED sir Lovekesh Magu to have trust in me to explore my capabilities in every dimension. I became official graphic designer of school.i enjoyed the journey of learning graphic designs and animations as beginner and the idea of exploring my capability in whole new undiscovered dimension thrilled me all the new targets

Not only this they had trust in me more than I had on me and they offered me to take classes of special students . It was an experience of getting to know myself as human teacher and my capabilities . Students learned, I enjoyed n explored myself with help of Sonu Ma'am. Sonu Ma'am helped me a lot to understand special needs students ❤️

I thank my co-ordinators Mala Ma'am, Anupama Ma'am and Priyanka Ma'am for grooming non professional teacher into a teacher ❤️

I thank my computer department teacher Mrs. Rakhi Garg and Shravini Prakash to help me understand the needs and way to teach school students.

I belong to kota..a place where future engineers and doctors are carved ....people from all over India come and grow .....I was good in maths..I did my schooling from Modern Senior Secondary School..I joined Garg Classes in X ..Vaibhav Garg sir...who always asked us to predict our marks..and hence evaluate and know your self...I joined Bansal Classes ...and realised I was good in maths but not good enough in physics and chemistry....and after XII Allen classes and scored good ranj in PET and got Engineering Govt College kota.,...then M.tech from Banasthali Vidya peeth Newai...Joined C.S.C as fresher in 2007 as Software Enginner....till 2015 when my second baby was born ❤️
