We have started a new program called~ 'Be prepared, be confident'. In this program we train candidates on job interview tactics. Along with that we train on group discussion, presentation skills and industry inputs so that candidate will be well prepared for the final and important interviews. We arrange mock interviews for practice and also send for interviews after completion. The entire exercise will be executed under well experienced individuals with more than 15 years of workex. Since childhood we used to listen a word...IQ. A student used to get praised or reprimanded due to excellent or poor academics on that parameter ..IQ. we were habituated by listening that either you have great or low IQ and therefore results were good or bad ..(not considering other influences). We believe that other than IQ , KQ (knowledge quotient), EQ(emotional quotient)and PQ(passion quotient) are equally responsible for good academic performance and finally successful in life..And that's the goal...So it is important to groom a student from every directions with lots of care.. we not only teach students on their curriculum but also prepare them for various competitive exam, debate, effective communication and help them to adjust the competition better. Dear parent, a couple of days later our child will sit for their annual/exam. We understand the anxiety and that is quite natural. But one thing we expect you to understand that out of 50 students in a class someone will be a singer or a player or a dancer or a doctor or engineer so and so forth. So if someone who might be a future singer won't get interested in mathematics. Quite possible. Or a player might not be good in physics. So the point is marks is important but more important is to understand our child and their interest. So let's not pressurise our child but to understand them 360 degree so that we push them in right direction with proper guidance. We at Shiksha care our students in this principle only.
